Why should we request Lene for our next Event?

Is ONE Keynote really worth that much money? Would we not accomplish the same without the extra investment?

Can Lene really create a lasting impact just by talking?

Matthias WellhausenYour lecture in Emmenbrücke on March 30, 2017 was a highlight of our event. Although the lecture was excellently oriented towards the transformational journey of the company as a whole, it was particularly well-suited for our key project, the refinancing of the company, so to speak the journey to the Everest of capital markets. We issued a new bond in the following days, and the teams had to manage all the preparations within a short period of time and qualitatively. It was a task, which was new to all. We have used your mantra "To the summit and safe return" repeatedly, and the principle of self-responsibility in the team has also been successful here. The transaction has been completed with excellent success, the colleagues are much closer together. The Flipside: in fact, we did not come to rest until after the Easter days, and here, too, followed your principles rigorously and celebrated a little. Thank you once again, and I must say that you have reached your goal and are among the top ten motivational speakers. Warm greetings and ongoing success.

Jacques R. EssingerIf you have a team of high achievers and want them to become even better, get Lene to show them how to mentally push the self-limits that we all semi-consciously put to stay in our comfort zone. Be ready for a very positive attitude booster. We were in positive shock!

Kjeld Kirk KristiansenLene Gammelgaard has on two occasions presented her ideas on leadership and people development to different leader groups in Lego. Pete AllisonLene impressed me as a compassionate individual and a strong leader who gives a project everything she has. Her compassion and virtuous character, integrity and natural flare for business must be experienced to be understood. I saw the way in which she interacts with people, she treats individual as humans and nurtures them to reach the very best of their potential and her impact was highlighted to me at the end of her performance when the participants thanked her for a stunning performance.

Corinna EigenmannYour innovative keynote speech and additional sailing workshop on organizational change for our top team was really an eye-opener and an ignition to a true change of mind and action process. We felt thoroughly engaged and involved, truly we understand your main message that no-change is no option. Our second day was very productive and I sincerely think that you managed to start some change processes in some people’s mind. Today I heard several of my colleagues referring to the motivational messages we had put as a wrap up beginning of the 2nd day. I think that’s a real sign for success. Thank you very much again!

Birgitte Bruun-PetersenDear Lene. Thank you for a brutal honest, thoughtful, presentation and lecture at the fertility fair. There is such a great need for more openness about this "absurd" mental destructive process. It is so wretched that we sometimes lose focus, and maybe even little (or much) of ourselves in the process of "chasing the dream baby". Your lecture and the way to convey and visualize "The Everst Way" are thought awakening. I am sure many more will be able to find help and support in your approach to the tough and devastating process of dealing with childlessness. Thank you for sharing so honestly from your experience! Hug and the warmest regards,
Birgitte Bruun-Petersen

Tibor LatinjakThe first Swiss Re Open is over. And what a show it was! The event was topped with keynote speeches. Possibly Swiss Re’s most ambitious customer forum to date, the Open featured a packed and varied program of keynote speeches and debates, plus the chance to socialize. With the theme of ‘Winning Together’, the event took interaction, engagement, sharing and learning to a new level. Clients heard Danish Everest-conqueror Lene Gammelgard helped inspire participants to reach the top of their game, urging the audience to expect the unexpected. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your presentation at the Swiss Re Open. It was very well received by the attendees. It was great to have you with us.

D.D. McDavidLene’s presentation was inspiring and very well received. In addition to relating the hard work, dedication to team work and adversity associated with climbing Mount Everest, I was most impressed with her ability to relate those experiences to the challenges each of us face on a daily basis in the business world. She continued to link her experiences to the challenges we are confronting in our organization. Lene Gammelgaard’s presentation was exactly what we needed to help align and motivate our employees. Lene’s contribution was significant in making this a successful event. I can highly recommend Lene for her motivational capabilities and her knowledge of the essential skills and capabilities required to succeed in the business world.
